Commission Process

  1. DM or email me on X, Bluesky, or Instagram (links listed in the "Contact Me!" section).

  2. I will review the request within 24 hours of the message being sent and send back any questions I have and/or the price.

  3. If price is agreeable to both parties and once any necessary reference images are sent, I will send an invoice via Paypal or Venmo for half the payment.

  4. Once the payment is received I will start the commission which will take up to 2 weeks (subject to change based on current workload or size of commission in which the commissioner will be informed prior to the invoice being sent).

  5. Depending on the type of commission, I will send updates when I finish each stage (sketch, lineart, flats, and final piece), during which time the commissioner may request up to 2 major changes (minor changes like a change of eye color, mouth or nose shape, etc do not count). Additional major changes will cost $3 per change.

  6. All updates will come watermarked. Watermark will be removed and commission will be sent to the commissioner in PNG, PDF, or JPEG format depending on preferences of the commissioner once final payment is received.

  7. In most cases I will post the watermarked version on my own social media/portfolio unless requested otherwise by the commissioner.
